Overview

Hindsight Cloud offers Pay-As-You-Go (self-service) and Enterprise Billing (invoiced).

Token-Based Pricing

Standard extraction is free. Enhanced (Iris) incurs per-token charges.

Buying Credits

1. Scroll to Add Credits
2. Select package: $10, $25, $50, $100, or custom ($5-$1,000)
3. Complete payment via Stripe

1 credit = $1 USD

Auto-Recharge

1. Navigate to Auto-Recharge card
2. Set threshold and recharge amount
3. Toggle on

Requires saved payment method. 60-minute cooldown between charges.

WARNING

Auto-recharge does not guarantee uninterrupted access. If payment fails, credits are not added and API returns HTTP 402.

Credit Transfers

Owners can transfer credits between organizations:

1. Navigate to Billing on source organization
2. Click Transfer Credits
3. Select destination organization
4. Enter amount and confirm

Transfers are immediate and permanent.

Invoice Statuses
