Add/merge memory bank background (deprecated)

POST /v1/default/banks/{bank_id}/background

Deprecated: Use PUT /mission instead. This endpoint now updates the mission field.

Authentication required — include an Authorization: Bearer hsk_... header. See Authentication for details.
